Server / Kitchen Support / Delivery Staff

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base pay: 28,000 - 32,000 VNĐ/hour.
Probation (1 month): VNĐ 25,000 VNĐ/hour
Revenue bonus: Paid when the restaurant meets revenue targets.
Delivery fee: Per order (typically 1,500,000–3,000,000 VNĐ/month, depending on volume).
Split-shift stipend: Provided for split shifts.
Final pay will be discussed during the interview based on skills and performance.
SHIFTS

Morning | 09:00 - 17:00 | We do not offer a fixed morning-only (non-rotating) shift |
Evening | 15:00 - 23:00 | May leave earlier once closing tasks are completed |
Priority evening | 17:00 - 23:00 | Priority for applicants with good English |
Split shift | 09:00 - 13:00 & 18:00 - 22:00 | Flexible; rotating schedules preferred |
Minimum weekly commitment: At least 5 days/week and at least 30 hours/week.
Can be allocated across the shifts above; rotating shifts preferred.
Other than the shifts listed above, there are no additional shifts.
REQUIREMENTS
Good communication; enthusiastic, honest, diligent; good health; neat appearance.
Responsible and eager to learn; no experience required (experience is a plus).
Clean, tidy attire; professional grooming.
English communication is a plus (frequent interaction with international guests); not mandatory.
Time commitment: Able to work ≥ 5 days/week and ≥ 30 hours/week
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve food and beverages promptly, accurately, and carefully.
Prepare tools and ingredients; perform basic prep as needed.
Keep the restaurant clean and guest-ready before opening.
Clear tables and maintain your assigned area after guests leave or at shift end.
and over any pending tasks properly at shift change.
Deliver orders when assigned (delivery fee supported).
NOTES
Flexible scheduling; preference for staff who can rotate shifts based on the restaurantʼs needs.
Weekly minimum: 5 working days / 30 hours; for exceptions, notify the Manager in advance so coverage can be arranged.
